Small print

Arrival and departure:

On day of arrival the rooms are ready at 02.00 pm. Please inform us if you arrive later than 08.00 pm. On day of departure please make the room free by 10.30 am. Sometimes a late check-out is possible - please ask at the reception.

Booking in the hotel Oberschwarzach:

Your booking is binding upon receipt of the deposit of 20% of the tour price. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of departure.

We are happy to book your desired room category. However, we ask for your understanding that we are not able to fix any floors or room numbers at the time of booking. We will of course endeavour to fulfil all your wishes. 

Children's prices: 

Our children's prices apply when there are two full-paying adults per room.

Single rooms:

Our standard rooms can also be booked as single rooms. We charge a surcharge of €45.00 per night, rising to €50.00 from the 2026/27 winter season.

All our prices include our Oberschwarzach ¾ gourmet board, but exclude the local tax of €2.95 per person per night, including the Mobility Ticket (applies to all guests aged 15 and over).

Bed and breakfast: 

Of course that's also possible. You get a reduction of €10,00 per adult and night from the halfboard price.

Short stay supplement:

For stays of 1 to 3 nights we charge a short-stay supplement of € 18.00 per person and night. 

Dogs:

Also your dogs are welcome in our hotel. We charge € 35,00 per dog per night (without food).
Please recognise that the dining room and the wellness area are dog-free areas. All of our rooms, beside the room "Bergkristall", are available with dog.

Payment:

Cash, Eurocard, Mastercard or Visacard. Please inform yourself if your card has a limit. (Sometimes the limits are only abroad)

Cancellation fees:

If you cancel the room at least 3 months before arrival it's free of charge. Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total price.
Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the total price.
If you cancel your holiday in the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the total price.
If you arrive to late or leave earlier we charge the full price.

Travel insurance:

We recommend to use a travel insurance. If you reserve your room you can directly make a reservation for a travel insurance. European travel insurance

Parking places:

There are parking places in front of the hotel. They are free of charge and secured with a barrier system.

Packages:

The offers are only valid if you take the whole package. Unused services within the packages are not refunded and cannot be transferred.

Massages:

We recommend to reserve the wellness treatments in advance. The costs for the treatments are conveniently charged to the room bill.

Please let us know if you are unable to keep your booked appointment. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booked appointment are free of charge. If you cancel later or do not show up, we will charge 100% of the price.
