Important information for your perfect holiday
On day of arrival the rooms are ready at 14:00. Please inform us if you arrive later than 20:00. On day of departure please make the room free by 10:30. Sometimes a late check-out is possible - please ask at the reception.
Once we have received the deposit of € 600,00 per room the booking is confirmed. Please recognise also the bank fees.
The amount which reaches our bank account counts as your deposit. The rest of the amount you have to pay at day of departure at the reception.
Gladly you can reserve the room category of your wish, but please be aware that it's not possible to reserve a room in a special floor or a special room number. Of course you can tell us your wishes and we do our best to fullfill that.
Of course that's also possible. You get a reduction of €10,00 per person and night from the halfboard price.
For a stay of 1 to 3 nights we charge a short-term surcharge
from €10,00 per person per night. (From Winter 2021/22 we charge €13,00 per person per night).
Also your dogs are welcome in our hotel. We charge € 20,00 per dog per night (without food).
(From Winter 2021/22 we charge € 25,00 per dog and per night without food).
Please recognise that the dining room and the wellness area are dog-free areas. All of our rooms, beside the room "Bergkristall", are available with dog.
Cash, Eurocard, Mastercard or Visacard. Please inform yourself if your card has a limit. (Sometimes the limits are only abroad)

Anticipation is and always will be one of the greatest joys. In order to offer you maximum security during the current climate, we offer FLEXI BOOKING - 0% Cancellation Fee - 100% Guarantee! Bookings can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. This applies to all bookings for winter 2020/21 and summer 2021 that were, or will be made either via saalbach.com or directly with us. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon!
If you cancel the room at least 3 months before arrival it's free of charge. Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total price. Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the total price. If you cancel your holiday in the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the total price.
If you arrive to late or leave earlier we charge the full price.
We recommend to use a travel insurance. If you reserve your room you can directly make a reservation for a travel insurance. European travel insurance
The prices are valid for children in one room with two adults.
Gladly you can reserve our double rooms, bedsitter rooms and rooms with a bay window also for single use. Therefor we charge € 30,00 per night.
All our prices include the Oberschwarzacher half board. But they are excluded of the local tax. (€ 2,00 in winter and summer)
There are parking places in front of the hotel. They are free of charge and secured with a barrier system.
The offers are only valid if you take the whole package. Unused services within the packages are not refunded and cannot be transferred.
We recommend to reserve the wellness treatments in advance.
