Movement is fun
Our physiotherapist Sandra takes you on an exciting journey of gentle movement and deep relaxation. Our activity program is ideal for an active start to the day, to relax better in the evening and for everyone who wants to try something new on holiday.
This is a short hike with a total duration of approx. 2.5 hours on different surfaces (forest, gravel, meadow, asphalt) with special barefoot (socks) shoes - a guaranteed new walking feeling and an experience for all senses in nature!
Morning Nordic walking round to activate the body's metabolism. Brief warm-up and explanation of the Nordic Walking technique at the beginning of the unit, followed by a leisurely walking tour of approx. 5 km through the nature around our hotel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

Fitness session for the whole body
Morning movement unit "based on yoga" to activate the body and start the day positively. Movement and breathing are combined and thus lead to improved body awareness. The movement sequences are suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
These are stretching exercises that are held for a period of about 1-2 minutes in order to achieve deep relaxation of the muscles. True to the motto: "Get physically calm and calm the mind", the session ends with additional meditation and breathing exercises. Perfect for switching off in the evening!
Therapeutic training is targeted training that is tailored to your individual needs. The selected exercises are carried out under physiotherapeutic supervision. Questions can be asked about physical complaints or the like.
